With busy sites in Dagenham and Ockendon, A1 Autocentre is actively looking for additional premises. If you own, manage, or know of a suitable automotive site – or perhaps you’re considering selling your garage business – we’d love to have a discreet conversation.
What we’re looking for
We’re flexible and open-minded, but ideal options would include:
- Motor trade showrooms or garage workshops (with or without MOT bays)
- Units with good power supply, roller shutters and decent eaves height
- Customer parking and easy access from main roads
- Both leasehold or freehold considered
- Going concerns or vacant units – we’re open to asset purchases or business acquisitions

Ideally, East London and South Essex (Dagenham, Ockendon, Rainham, Thurrock, Barking, Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Basildon, Brentwood)
